Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any purchases. However, we are happy to provide store credits for returns or exchanges.


Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. Please note that during peak seasons or promotional events, there may be delays in shipping times.


Order Changes and Cancellations

Any requests to modify or cancel an order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has entered the processing stage, changes or cancellations can no longer be accommodated.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly provide clear photos of both the product and packaging for verification. Eligible cases will be resolved with either store credits or replacement items.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen during transit. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
